This page is maintained by AfricOre Assurance Group to answer common security and privacy questions about our website and verification intake form. It describes the controls that are currently enabled in the application. It is not an independent certification or audit report.

What this site does

AfricOre Assurance Group™ is a service division of AfricOre Consulting LLC. This website provides information about our independent due diligence and verification services and includes an intake form that prospective clients can use to request a verification engagement.

Data we collect through the form

When you submit the verification intake form, we collect the contact and engagement details you provide (such as your name, email, organisation, and the description of the verification you are requesting). This information is used only to respond to your request and to scope the engagement.

How submissions are protected

  • Form submissions are sent over HTTPS to our hosting provider.
  • A bot-protection challenge (CAPTCHA) is verified server-side before any submission is accepted.
  • Server-side input validation rejects malformed submissions before they are queued for delivery.
  • Notification emails are delivered through a managed email pipeline. Database access is governed by row-level security so that intake records can only be read by authorised backend roles.

Subprocessors and integrations

We use third-party platforms to host the website, run the managed database, and deliver transactional email. These providers process submission data on our behalf strictly to operate the service.

Cookies and analytics

The marketing site uses only the cookies that are required to render the page and submit the intake form. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Data retention

Submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and to maintain records of services we have performed. If you would like a copy of, or deletion of, the information you submitted, contact us at the address below.

Privacy requests and security contact

For privacy requests, data deletion requests, or to report a suspected security issue, email info@africoreassurancegroup.com. Please include enough detail for us to locate the relevant submission or reproduce the issue.

Shared responsibility

The controls described above cover the AfricOre Assurance Group website and intake form. Security of the engagements we deliver for clients is governed separately by the written agreement for each engagement.
